Chace and Susy

Chace and Susy have 10 years of combined promotional experience. Chace majored in Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in hopes of one day owning his own chain of sustainable casinos. Years later he decided that the casino life was not for him, but that did not stop him from owning his own business. Susy also attended UNLV where she studied Kinesiology, but her true passion lies in Holistic care and Alternative Medicine. Today, they reside in Arizona, where they are building an off-grid, intentional community and healing center called 'Arcadia'. When they are not busy touring or working in field, they are building eco-villages, green houses, planting trees, and studying about sustainable living along with other like minded individuals. By working with Synergy Staffing, you are supporting unique individuals and young entrepreneurs finance their dreams and passions as they strive for a better tomorrow.

After working in the industry for numerous years, clients were so delighted with our service and work ethic that they would specifically ask for Chace and Susy. Eventually we began to refer our reliable and professional, promotional friends. Suddenly working became a blissful lifestyle. We traveled and got to meet other great and reliable people all around the country. We built beautiful, synergistic relationships with clients and friends. Our clients would actually encourage us to create a staffing & event management agency. This was due to the lack of attention to detail and commitment to a higher standard from other agencies. Respectively, we called it “Synergy”, which by definition means: “The cooperation of two or more organizations to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects.” That is exactly what our goal is.

Synergy believes in the future of the promotional world. We strive to be the source of staffing and touring for the top, conscious brands in the world. We want to help and assist conscious start up brands become what they are meant to be. We see ourselves as a "boutique-ish agency" that enjoys working with other brands and agencies that have the same values and ethics as us, creating that synergistic relationship that we believe in.
